How do I view my videos?
When you signed up, you should have received a welcome email with login information. All you have to do is as follows:
1.) Visit the Videos page to log in.
2.) Log in using your email address and chosen password.
3.) Check back each day to the Videos page as your new videos are unlocked!
Why don't the videos work?
If you've logged in fine, but the videos will not play, the problem is likely with Flash Player. The videos should play fine on any computer. Click here to download the latest version of the free Flash Player.
Videos buffering/playing too slowly.
Our videos are hosted and embedded in a way that optimizes their speed and efficiency. If the videos are loading too slowly, consider closing programs on your computer that use the internet. Avoid downloading files, watching other videos, or other activities that might slow your internet connection.
I'm having trouble logging in.
If the log in form on the Videos page doesn't work for you, verify that your email address and chosen password are correct. If you're still having problems, email us here and let us know the problem you're having. Please provide detailed information or any error messages so we can help you.
